All content, cognitive architectures, methodologies (including the "7 Codes" syntactic framework and NeuroProgram models), audio productions, texts, visual designs, and software tools are the exclusive intellectual property of NeuroLingui Group or licensed to it. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
3. Nature of Educational and Cognitive Services
NeuroLingui provides cognitive training, language acquisition frameworks, and behavioral ergonomics. Our programs do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological clinical treatment. If you suffer from clinical psychological conditions, please consult licensed medical specialists.
4. Digital Purchases and Guarantees
Commercial transactions (such as access to "NeuroLingui: Desbloqueio do Inglês") are processed through certified partner gateways (e.g., Hotmart). All digital products carry an unconditional statutory guarantee (at minimum 7 days) as detailed during checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
NeuroLingui provides materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we utilize modern cognitive science and pedagogical best practices, individual results vary depending on practice frequency and implementation.
